Jaipur : A grand religious event will be organized on the occasion of Guru Pushya festival on 21 November 2024, Thursday, at the temple of Lord Shri Ganeshji Maharaj located in Moti Dungri. Temple Mahant Kailash Sharma told – Special worship, anointment and offering programs will be organized throughout the day. At 7 am in the morning, 151 kg milk of Lord Shri Ganesh, 11 kg curd, 24 kg ghee, 11 kg boora, honey, kewra water, rose water. , will be anointed with Kewda perfume and rose perfume. Abhishek will start with Ganga water, Kewra water and rose water. After this, Panchamrit Abhishek and pure bath with Ganga water will be done.
At 11 o’clock, 1001 modaks will be offered to Lord Ganapati along with Sahastranam. After the puja, Raksha Sutra and turmeric prasad for health will be distributed to the devotees. At 4 pm, Lord Shri Ganeshji Maharaj will be seated in the flower bungalow and will wear special new attire. Along with this, Kheer will be offered to God as a special offering.
