Jaipur : Jaipur 61 thousand copies, 150 teachers will be employed; About 61 thousand answer sheets will be examined in the stream two examination of the board. For this, 150 teachers are needed. At present, teachers are being taken only from Jaipur as a pilot project. In the first phase, 100 teachers were called for training. The training was held on December 6 at the State Open office located in Shiksha Sankul, but 45 teachers did not turn up. The teachers who arrived were given laptops after training, so that they could check the answer sheets digitally from home.
State Open School took this initiative
For the first time in Rajasthan State Open School, the exam copy will be checked digitally. The board is implementing this method to increase transparency in the examination and to conduct quick tests. The board’s stream two examinations are currently going on. The answer sheets will be scanned after the completion of the examination. Then this scanned copy will be sent to the invigilator’s laptop and he will check it from the laptop. With this, the mistakes of the teachers can be easily caught. Earlier, the invigilator had to come to the Open School office to check the copies. For the first time, teachers are not interested in the work of checking answer sheets digitally by Rajasthan State Open School. This can be gauged from the fact that 100 teachers of Jaipur district were called for training to check answer sheets digitally, but only 55 turned up. 45 teachers were absent in this training.
The main reason for teachers not coming here is said to be that earlier the answer sheets were checked in the board’s office. For this, teachers from far away places used to get deputation done in Jaipur for this work. To get involved in this work, many teachers even resorted to approach, so that they could stay in Jaipur on deputation for 20 to 30 days. Now with the new provision the teacher has to check the copy at home. That’s why teachers are not showing interest in it. State Open is serious about the absence of teachers. The list of absent teachers is being sent to the Directorate so that notices can be issued to them.
