After the report comes, action will be taken against the concerned RTO inspector and the responsible officer. In this regard, a report has been sought from RTO Bharatpur in two days. Bharatpur RTO will reach Dholpur DTO office on Tuesday in this regard. The situation is such that despite the strictness of the Transport Department, the cases of illegal recovery from trucks in Dholpur DTO area are not showing any sign of stopping.
The extortion game continues from Sagarpara to Baritha Chowki. At both the places, RTO inspectors make illegal recovery by lining up trucks. Now on September 30, the video of the fight with those who made the video of illegal recovery at Bairetha check post had gone viral. In the video, RTO inspector guards are seen beating the people making the video with sticks and iron pipes. A few days after this incident, the victim Krishna Murari, a resident of Sadabad in Hathras district of UP, lodged a report at Maniyan police station.
The victim told in the report that the vehicle was stopped for making a video of illegal extortion and after opening the window, his and his relative’s mobile phones were snatched. After this, the guards engaged in the RTO flying squad took him out of the vehicle and beat him with sticks and iron pipes. During this time, Narottam Meena was written on the name plate of the RTO Inspector standing there and Rajasthan Transport Department was written on the vehicle parked nearby. . The guards beat him, took him to a room, strangled him by the neck and beat him with batons. A constable took out Rs 3500 from his pocket.
