On Tuesday, a meeting was organized in the Secretariat on behalf of Jaipur : Jaipur Education Department and Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education regarding the preparations for REET. The youth had great expectations from this meeting, but after the end of the meeting they were disappointed. They were disappointed by the release of REET notification and non-announcement of application date. In the meeting, the department officials instructed to be prepared for the board examination. During this, Education Secretary Krishna Kunal said that Rajasthan should ensure strong arrangements for the confidentiality of Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) and security of question papers. He instructed to take full care in question paper preparation, maintenance and distribution system and to make all necessary preparations for smooth and successful conduct of REET examination.
He directed to ensure all necessary preparations for conducting the examination in February. During this, discussions were held on determining the examination centres, allotting the examination centers to the candidates in the nearest districts as far as possible and conducting the examination on the same day. Administrator Mahesh Sharma of the Board of Secondary Education, the nodal agency for organizing REET, Secretary Kailash Chand Sharma, Joint Government Secretary Education, Munni Meena, Deputy Government Secretary Sanjay Mathur and other officials related to the examination were present in the meeting.
