Jaipur : On completion of one year of Rajasthan Government, JDA will start 22 new development works on which more than Rs 332 crore will be spent. Major works include road construction, renovation, road widening and drainage construction. JDA has announced the launch of Atal Vihar Housing Scheme on Kalwad Road, where the reserve rate has been fixed at Rs 14,000 per square metre. Other important works taking place in Jaipur include renovation of Sikar Road and Ajmer Road, widening of Muhana Mandi Road and expansion of sewerage facility in Prithviraj Nagar. Apart from these, a huge amount will also be spent on the construction of sewerage treatment plants in Swarn Vihar and Prithviraj Nagar. These projects will improve road facilities and drainage system in the city.
These roads will be repaired, width will also increase
-Rs 3 crore will be spent from Gurjar’s thadi to Kisan Dharam Kante.
-Rs 27.65 crore will be spent from Chaumun Pulia to Road No. 14.
-Ajmer Road ROB to Old Chungi will cost Rs 3.59 crore.
-Rs 8.87 crore will be spent on the construction of various sector roads in Zone 8 of JDA.
-Prithviraj Nagar South: Rs 7.91 crore will be spent on construction of 100 feet sector road.
-Rs 10.29 crore will be spent on Muhana Mandi 200 feet sector road.
-Rs 8.30 crore will be spent on Vatika Road renovation.
-Rs 6.26 crore will be spent on widening of New Sanganer Road.
This work will also be done
-Rs 20.11 crore will be spent on drainage construction from C Zone Bypass to Sirsi Mor.
-Rs 27.85 crore will be spent on the construction of the main drain from Sikar Road to Badharana JDA scheme and the construction of the road from Road Number 4 to Sabzi Mandi Pulia.
-Sewerage Treatment Plant: Rs 65.52 crore will be spent on a 30 MLD capacity plant under the Swarn Vihar scheme.
