Jaisalmer : Jaisalmer expressed anger by taking out a rally in Jaisalmer on Sunday on the call of all Hindu community against the attacks and atrocities being carried out on the people of minority Hindu community in India’s neighboring country Bangladesh and submitted a memorandum to the district administration in the name of the President. In protest against the anti-Hindu incidents happening in Bangladesh, a protest rally was taken out from Gopa Chowk, the heart of the city, which reached the Collectorate through the main roads of the city. There a memorandum was submitted to the President to Acting Additional Collector Pawan Kumar. In the protest and rally, Mahant Bal Bharti, BJP District President Chandraprakash Sharda, outgoing Chairman Harivallabh Kalla, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Amritlal Daiya, Muralidhar Khatri, Sharad Vyas, Lalusingh Sodha, Pawan Kumar Singh, Govardhan Bissa, Natwar Vyas, Pawan Vaishnav, Mahendra Bhai. Bafna, Manorama Vaishnav, Samta Vyas, Babulal Sharma, Asha Vyas etc. participated. The people participating in the rally held saffron flags and placards with various slogans in their hands.
Pressure should be put on Bangladesh
In the memorandum sent to the President, it was said that after the coming of the new government, the minorities living in Bangladesh, especially the Hindu community, are being attacked. Their religious places are being demolished, women are being tortured and innocent Hindus are being arrested. They are being forced to leave Bangladesh. The memorandum said that efforts should be made by the world community, global organizations and human rights organizations to prevent such incidents, but they have not been made. He demanded that the world community including India should take cognizance of all these incidents and put pressure on the Bangladesh government to immediately stop the oppression of Hindus and immediately release the imprisoned ISKCON chief priest Chinmayadas Krishna Das Prabhu and let him live in Bangladesh. Provide complete protection to minorities.
