Jaisalmer : Jaisalmer The winter season has gradually started showing its colors in Golden City and last night was the coldest of this season. The minimum temperature is continuously decreasing and a drop of 1.3 degrees has been recorded between two nights. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature of Jaisalmer on Wednesday was 30.7 and the minimum was 14.1 degrees Celsius. The temperatures recorded last Tuesday were 31.0 and 15.4 degrees respectively. It is getting colder in the golden city as the night deepens. Due to this, people who go out of the house at night are now finding it appropriate to wear light woolen clothes. Due to wedding ceremonies, people have to stay out of the house late at night and during this time they have started feeling the need of warm clothes. There is a possibility of the weather becoming colder in the coming days. However, the weather remains pleasant due to sunshine during the day and people are not yet facing any problem in moving on the roads.

There was bright sunshine in the afternoon, but due to the strong wind people felt pinkish cold throughout the day. After evening the temperature started falling again and the effect of cold increased at night. Since last few days, people’s life is getting affected due to sudden change in weather and increasing effect of winter. Along with this, the number of patients suffering from cold, cough and fever has started increasing.
