However, the bright sunlight during the day is definitely providing relief from the cold. But since last few days the cold has become more severe in the morning and evening. In such a situation, the common people have to make efforts to avoid cold in the morning and evening. The sky remained clear in the district on Friday and there was bright sunshine in the afternoon. But a slight coolness was felt in the morning and evening. While an increase was recorded in the day temperature, a decline was observed in the night temperature. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will drop further in the coming days and the effect of winter will increase. On Friday, the maximum temperature increased by 3 degrees to 31.8 degrees and the minimum temperature fell by 0.8 degrees to 14.6 degrees. There was a difference of 17 degrees between day and night.
The effect of cold is continuously increasing at night.
If we look at the minimum temperature of the last few days in Jaisalmer district, there is a continuous decline in the night temperature. The minimum temperature on November 15 was 18.6 degrees Celsius. Which has now fallen to 14.6 degrees. In the last one week alone, a drop of 4 degrees Celsius has been recorded in the minimum temperature. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature will drop further in the coming days, which will increase the effect of winter.
