Jalore News Desk has sought compensation documents from the farmers within 15 days for the construction of National Highway No. 325 Balotra-Sanderao via Jalore in Jalore. Farmers whose land is coming on the road have been warned that if they have not deposited the compensation bill then they should do so within 15 days. Otherwise the compensation amount will be deposited in Lara Court.
Land Acquisition Officer and Jalore Subdivision Officer Manoj Chaudhary said – 17 for the land acquired/under acquisition for the construction of National Highway No. 325 Balotar-Sanderao via Jalore, for villages Narsana, Bishangarh, Balwada, Jalore A, Jalore B and Leta of Tehsil Jalore. Award order by March, 2020, Bishangarh/Balwara Award order dated January 30, 2024 and supplementary awards I, II, III. Orders were issued by the Department of Finance, but some account holders have not submitted the compensation bills till date. Therefore, if the remaining concerned account holder does not submit the compensation bill within the next 15 days, the compensation amount of the concerned account holder will be deposited in the Lara Court (Land Acquisition Rights Authority Court) as per the rules, the entire responsibility of which will remain with the concerned account holder.
