Jalore News Desk: A mega rally is going to be held at the district headquarters on November 19 to revive Jawai river and decide Jalore’s rights on the water of Jawai dam. As part of its preparations, public relations is being done by the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh in various villages of the district. The meeting was held at Gogaji temple located in Ratanpura near Jalore. In this, farmers and villagers were informed about the mega rally to be held on November 19 to decide the rights on the water of Jawai Dam. Many farmers including Dalaram, Kanaram, Bhagaram, Chunnilal, Gajaji, Mohanlal were present. A meeting was held in Vasan village of Amloj Panchayat regarding the anger rally and Maharally. In the meeting, BKU Pali division’s Narpat Singh Balawat, Bhanwar Singh Balawat, Kisan Morcha President Nathu Singh, Suresh Suthar pledged to the farmers to make the Mahacamp a success. Villagers and farmers including Moti Singh, Ishwar Singh were present. Village committee was formed for the mega camp in Kamba Gram Panchayat. Besides, BKU officials launched a campaign in Bala village and Ajitpura of Ahor tehsil. Ahor Tehsil President Chakraborty Singh, Amar Singh Samuj, Mahavir Singh Desu, Ganpat Singh Sarana, Narpat Singh Amloj, Moti Singh and many other officials were present.
