Jalore : In pursuance of the elections 2025 of Advocates Association Jalore, the swearing in ceremony of the newly formed executive was held at Shankar Vatika located in Jalore city at 1.30 pm on Thursday afternoon. In the programme, District and Sessions Judge Harun and Election Officer Basant Kumar Gehlot administered the oath of office and secrecy to the newly elected officials. Chief guest of the function was District and Sessions Court Harun, Special Judge of POCSO Court Bhupendra Kumar Sanadhya, Special Judge of SC-ST Court Parvez Ahmed, Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Ahsan Ahsan Ahmed, ACJM Pratham Asha Charan, JJB K. Principal Judge Gajendra Kumar and Judicial Magistrate Divya Godara were present.
The oath taking ceremony started in front of Maa Saraswati. The guests and newly elected President Devendra Singh Poshana started the program by lighting the lamp and offering flowers. In the ceremony, District and Sessions Judge Harun said that becoming a lawyer is the basic requirement to become a judge. . He said that the responsibility of the Chairman is very big, we hope that the newly elected Chairman and his team will fulfill their responsibilities by maintaining cordial relations between the Bar and the Bench and will work for the interests and upliftment of the Bar.
Newly elected President Devendra Singh Poshana, while giving the welcome speech, said that he will fulfill the responsibility given to him by his senior colleagues and fellow advocates of the Bar with full honesty. He promised to maintain cordial relations between the Bar and the Bench and work in the interests of lawyers. Before this, the guests were welcomed with garlands and expressed gratitude to Returning Officer Basant Kumar Gehlot, Assistant Returning Officer Satpal Purohit and member Tarun Singh for conducting peaceful elections.
