Jalore : Rajasthan Teachers Association National Women’s Seminar related to All India National Educational Federation was organized on Sunday at Government Girls Higher Secondary School located in Pratap Chowk of Jalore city. Service period and other problems were also discussed by the women teachers. At the beginning of the Women’s Thought Seminar, the guests formally started the function by garlanding the pictures of Maa Saraswati, Jaidev Pathak and Bharat Mata. The girls danced along with welcoming songs and attractive presentation of Saraswati Vandana.
Addressing the women teachers who came from all the sub-branches of the district, Dr. Krishna Arora, the intellectual head of Rashtriya Sevika Samiti, in his address threw light on the personality and work of Ahilyabai Holkar and said that her life is inspirational for all of us motherly powers. In the present context, it is the duty and responsibility of us teachers to play our role for the society and nation by assimilating their thoughts.
In the second session of the program, Additional Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Parishad Chidambara Parmar and Probation and Effective Welfare Officer Mor Kanwar, while emphasizing on the promotion and protection of social values, said that along with discharging family responsibilities, the society and the nation have a lot of expectations from women teachers. Program coordinator and District Women Minister Alka Vaishnav, Women Joint Minister Rekha Rathod, Women Organization Minister Urmila Bhati and co-coordinator Meena Parmar also expressed their views.
