Nagaur : Nagaur A bullion businessman and his wife from Merta town died in a road accident near Pipar town (Jodhpur). The couple was returning to Merta from Pipar city after attending their nephew’s wedding ceremony, when the couple traveling in the Alto car died when the dumper overturned out of control near the fair in Pipar. President of Swarnakar Samaj, Govind Soni said that this accident happened around 8 pm on Sunday night. Khemraj Soni (36), son of Satyanarayan Soni and his wife Monica Soni (34), living in Pandit Deendayal Colony of Merta city, were returning back to Merta city from Pipar.

Came to attend nephew’s wedding

Dharmichand Soni of the society told that on November 22, the marriage of Khemraj’s nephew took place in Pipar. After the marriage, a program of Ganesh ji’s thali was organized on Sunday. After attending this program, Khemraj was returning to Merta city with his wife Monica. While returning, his Alto car got hit by an uncontrolled trailer in Melawas area of ​​Pipar. In the accident, Khemraj died on the spot, while seriously injured Monica died while being taken to the hospital in Pipar.

Khemraj used to run a jewelery shop

Khemraj used to run a jewelery shop in Nanha Bazaar of Merta city. His family consists of a 7 year old son and a 5 year old daughter. Both children lost their parents. The last rites of the couple will be performed in Merta city today afternoon.
