Jhabar Singh Kharra made a verbal attack on the Punjab government, asked this big question, watch the big news in the video

Jaipur : Amidst the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit, UDH minister in the Bhajanlal government of the state, Jhabar Singh Kharra has made a scathing attack on the Punjab government. He has asked that why does the Punjab government love Pakistan so much that it is failing to stop the water going to Pakistan. He said that there are farmers in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and other states of the country, and if the Punjab government stops the water going to Pakistan, then farmers of other states of the country will also get adequate water.

ERCP scheme a boon for farmers- Kharra

On the question asked regarding ERCP, Minister Kharra said, ‘ERCP was a pending project for years. India’s water resources were not properly managed till now. Atal Bihari Vajpayee had taken a decision to benefit the farmers by linking the rivers of the country. But after the change of government in 2004, the new government put this plan on hold. He said that if India’s water resources are properly utilized then India has the capacity to produce food grains for the entire world. I can say with certainty that the ERCP scheme will prove to be a boon for the farmers living in 21 districts of Rajasthan. This will increase productivity and prosperity of farmers. Laborers will get the opportunity to work at the local level. This scheme will become a way to bring prosperity in 21 districts.

What did Kharra say on Yamuna agreement?

Kharra gave this statement on the question asked regarding Yamuna water agreement. The BJP minister said that when the Yamuna water agreement was signed, all the opposition parties there had announced that they would not allow this agreement to be implemented in any form. This was mentioned in the manifesto of the opposition parties even in the elections in Haryana, but the farmers of Haryana understood that our farmer brothers also live in Rajasthan.
That is why he rejected every announcement of the opposing party and voted in favor of the Bharatiya Janata Party. This decision has paved the way for bringing Yamuna water to Rajasthan. This plan will also come to fruition in the coming 1 or 2 years.
