The people of the colony said that while issuing the land lease, the Municipal Council had given a lump sum amount for 8 years and separate charges for external development fee, sewerage and storm water drainage fee etc. -Separate fee of around Rs 28 to 30 thousand has been deposited. Still, no facilities are available right now. Whereas these facilities are being provided in many colonies of the city. But not here.
