Former referral medical incharge Dr. Mangilal Meena says that in the year 2008, the then state government had sought proposals to open a trauma center in Aklera, in which the place was identified in Dharamshala in the CHC premises itself. Had done. In the same year, trauma centers were built in Deoli in Tonk district and Shahabad in Baran district. Aklera town is situated on the highway and is about 50 kilometers away from the district headquarters. There is a Trauma Center in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh on this highway which is about 70 kilometers away.

Doctors come any time there is a casualty. In case of accidents, emergency services are provided to the injured and first aid is given to them.
