Jhalawar Trouble from farm to market, those responsible are not paying attention

Jhalawar : In Jhalawar district, most of the farmers have sown the Rabi crops, but the farmers who sow later are not getting DAP fertilizer. Not only the fertilizer, the farmers are struggling everywhere from sowing and irrigation to harvesting. It has to be done. Farmers of Chanwali Dam are worried, first for fertilizer and seeds and then for water not being supplied from canals to the tail in the fields. At the same time, due to the government weighing only 40 quintals of soybean at the support price, the farmers are selling their entire produce at the support price. Unable to sell. Regarding fertiliser, the farmers said that DAP had come to private shops a day or two ago, but it was canceled immediately. Due to this the farmer is forced to wait. Some farmers are now managing with SSP and urea.

problem with black marketing

Many farmers are still sowing wheat in the district. But due to non-availability of DAP fertilizer in shops, farmers have to make do with other fertilizers as an alternative. Farmers say that DAP is being sold in black at a premium of Rs 250-300. The Agriculture Department says that there is no shortage of fertilizer. At present Urea 10912, DAP 2562 and SSP 18981 and NPK 2095 MT fertilizers are available. There was a shortage in the beginning, but now there is no shortage due to mostly sowing.
