Jhalawar: Two parties involved in setting up swings in Chandrabhaga fair clash, two people injured

Jhalawar : Jhalawar There was a dispute between two parties regarding money transaction at Chandrabhaga fair in Jhalrapatan at 1:30 pm on Monday night. The dispute escalated so much that about a dozen people from one side attacked the other side with rods, rods, and iron pipes. Two women were seriously injured in the attack. Jhalrapatan police reached the spot and admitted both the women to SRG Hospital with the help of an ambulance. The injured women are mother and daughter. Jhalrapatan police has taken the statements of both of them at 10:00 am today and registered a case and started investigation in the matter.

Actually, Chumma’s son Razak, resident of Kota Kishorepura and his brother-in-law Zakir, resident of Ajmer, have installed a swing in the fair. And the entire family and relatives of both are living in Jhalrapatan fair. Zakir says that he had lent Rs 17 lakh to his father-in-law Razak, but he died a few months ago. Zakir is now demanding Rs 17 lakh from his brother-in-law Chumma. Even after the closure of the fair on Monday night, Zakir, his wife Cat and 10-12 other relatives reached Chumma’s tent and demanded money but Chumma refused to give the information about the loan taken by her father.

On this, Zakir, Cat and his relatives attacked Chumma’s family with iron tools. Chumma’s wife Meru Nisha (25) and Merunisha’s mother Samila (54) were seriously injured in the sudden attack. SI Bane Singh of Jhalrapatan police station said that as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and brought the situation under control and admitted the injured to SRG Hospital for treatment. Police have taken the statement and registered a case. Further action is underway.
