Jhunjhunu News Desk: A girl died after being hit by a train on Tuesday night near Gudha railway gate in the city. On Wednesday, the police conducted the postmortem of the deceased at the Government BDK Hospital and handed over the body to the family members. According to the police, the deceased was Monica (20), daughter of Sanwarmal, resident of Khatikon Mohalla, Ward 23 of the city. At around seven in the evening, before Gudha gate, she came in front of the train going from Rewari to Sikar. This was the reason of his death.
The body was badly stuck in the engine and tyres. After much effort, the body was taken out by moving the train back and forth. The train stopped for about an hour. On information, RPF constable Narendra Kumar reached the spot. The police had kept the body in the mortuary of BDK Hospital. ASI Omprakash Sharma said that the family members have given a report, in which it was said that the mental condition of the girl was not good. Based on the report of the family members, the body has been handed over after postmortem. The deceased was unmarried.
