Jhunjhunu : 122 MoUs have been signed so far in Jhunjhunu under Rising Rajasthan. Experts say that the situation of the new MOU should not be similar to the old MOU. Last time, in the MOU, the people of Shekhawati had shown the dream that air service would start from Jhunjhunu, Tarpura airstrip of Sikar and Padihara airstrip of Churu. Company officials had also visited all three places. This MOU was signed in the year 2016. Even after eight years this MoU did not come out of the papers. The condition of all three airstrips is still bad. All three walls are broken at many places. People have made these shortcuts. Experts say that investment will come to the ground only when public representatives and officers work wholeheartedly.
Investors allege that some government employees harass instead of cooperating.
-Makes people go through rounds for NOC without any reason.
– No one has any information about how the single window system has been started in how many rooms of which office.
-There have been cases of making several trips to the electricity department for connection.
-There is shortage of water.
-The goods train does not run.
-There is also a shortage of highways.
-Land is not easily available for big industries.
This time, if 122 MoUs come on ground, things will be resolved.
MoUs of 122 units were signed on November 29 in Bagad town of the district in the presence of Minister in-charge Avinash Gehlot. During this it was claimed that investment of Rs 40 thousand crore will be made in the district. This will provide employment to about 1.20 lakh people. Traders of the district say that this MOU should not be limited to papers only. Government system should support traders. Things will be resolved only when the MoU comes on the ground.
