Avoid action due to accident in the family
Accused JEN Manish Mann could not be caught taking bribe. The reason behind this is the accident of his uncle in the family. After the accident, accused Jain got busy in the hospital with his uncle. After that an attempt was made once more, but the accused got wind of it. Kept procrastinating about the bribe amount. Because of this the accused could not be caught taking bribe. After verification in the case of taking bribe, ACB has now registered a case of corruption against him. The accused Jain Manish, who demanded bribe, is currently working on the post of AEN in Khetri Nagar. He was promoted on 13 September. After which he was posted as AEN from Bakhtawarpura to Khetadi Nagar.
