Jhunjhunu Mini truck crushes woman, people create jam

Jhunjhunu : A mini truck and a car collided on Saturday near Bhurasar Ka Bass of Sadar Police Station Jhunjhunu area. A mini truck came on the wrong side and crushed a woman. Due to this, the woman died. She was coming from her home in Dhilsar to her in-laws’ house in Bhurasar. This accident happened at the bus stand near Bhurasar Bas.

The woman died on the spot. Angered by the accident, family members and villagers blocked State Highway 41 Jhunjhunu Sadulpur Road Bhurasar. According to sources, Bhagwati Devi (53), wife of Nandlal, a resident of Bhurasar Bas, was coming from her home in Dhilsar to her in-laws’ house Bhurasar. After getting down at the Bhurasar Bas bus stand, she started going towards her home. During that time an accident happened. Bhagwati Devi died on the spot. After the accident, the driver drove away the mini truck. The villagers chased and caught the truck near Dhanuri. The relatives and villagers, who reached the information, blocked the road, demanding barricades, compensation and a contractual job for a family member. Due to which the traffic was disrupted. The village deputy, Sadar police station officer and Dhanuri police station officer reached the information and after convincing the villagers, the jam ended after about two hours.
