After this, on Tuesday, Banshidhar Yogi was arrested red-handed while accepting Rs 2 lakh and an expensive dinner-set as bribe from the complainant.

Even during the verification of the complaint, the accused SDM had collected Rs 1 lakh as bribe from the complainant. The interrogation and action against the accused is continuing under the supervision of ACB Additional Director General Smita Srivastava.
