Jodhpur : After getting bail from the High Court in the Jodhpur Sub Inspector (SI) Recruitment Examination-2021 paper leak case, 10 trainee SIs have been sent to their allotted districts. Trainee-SI will attend the police line till advance orders, but will not be able to do duty. In this matter, the police headquarters has also issued orders to the RPA and the training center. On November 25, a letter was issued by the IG headquarters to the RPA training center, Jodhpur and Kishangarh, regarding the influx. After this, these trainee SIs were sent from Rajasthan Police Academy to their allotted districts. Rajasthan High Court has banned the posting of selected SI in SI Recruitment Examination-2021. The High Court has banned the passing out parade of trainee SI and has ordered to maintain status quo in the entire matter.

DGP UR Sahu said – after getting the arrival information from RPA, these 10 trainee SIs have been sent to their allotted districts. These people were absent from the training center for more than 15 days during the SOG action. According to the rules, if anyone stays out of the training center for more than 15 days during training, then he is not taken back to the training center. Therefore it has been sent to the districts. They will have to remain in the police lines in their allotted districts, but they will not be able to do duty. Whatever further decision the government takes, action will be taken accordingly.

The High Court on Friday (22 November) had granted bail to 10 trainee sub inspectors in the paper leak case of Sub Inspector Recruitment-2021. The appeal of 9 accused was rejected. Trainee SI Karanpal, Ekta, Manohar, Surendra, Rohitash, Rajeshwari, Abhishek, Praveen, Premsukhi and Neeraj Kumar Yadav were granted bail. At the same time, the bail pleas of Girdhariram, Jagdish Sihag, Harku, Chetan Singh, Dinesh Singh, Rajaram, Ankit, Bhagwati and Hanuman were rejected. Most of these accused were arrested by the Special Operation Group (SOG) in March. The High Court had granted bail to 10 accused in the SI recruitment case. Regarding them, the High Court had said in its order that these petitioners are accused that they had seen the paper and its answer key on mobile one to one and a half hours before the exam.
