Jodhpur : Jodhpur Delegations from Germany and Ethiopia came to Jodhpur to see millet cookies. Dr. Sumit Soni of RDZ Bakery said that eight representatives including Varun, Vikas, Indranil of Gijnam organization reached Jodhpur. Vikas said that cookies and cakes are regularly used in many ministries. In view of this, he has come to Jodhpur to understand the business model and the work of his millet.
Amit Soni has been working in the bakery making cookies and cakes for two years. The cultivation of millet in Ethiopia and the products made from it were discussed. Dr. Sumit Soni told that cake made from millet and pizza made from millet are also being liked. The entire team along with Dr. Soni also visited the Agricultural University. Also, delegations from Ethiopia and Germany will participate in the trilateral development cooperation between India and India. An experience exchange trip is being organized in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Barmer districts from 18th to 24th November.
