Jodhpur : The father accused of committing obscene acts with his 14 year old daughter has been arrested. After getting the victim’s medical done, her statement was made before the magistrate. The accused will be presented in the court today.
The incident took place in a police station area of the commissionerate. The victim’s mother had filed a case against her husband.
In the report given to the police, it was told that her husband has been sexually harassing her 14 year old daughter for the last one year. When she protests, he beats the victim. Finally, after coming in contact with a trust, a report was lodged in the police station.
Investigating officer said- Medical examination of the victim was done. After this, statements of 164 were taken before the magistrate. Police have arrested the accused father in the POCSO case. The accused will be presented in the court today.
