Jodhpur : Jodhpur Skill workforce is required to enhance the industrial scenario of Marwar. The Rajasthan government is trying to bring new investments under the Rising Rajasthan campaign. But with investment coming in, there will also be a need for skilled laborers and other workers. On which no plan has been made yet. But, Laghu Udyog Bharti is going to start skill development centers in Jodhpur and Jaipur from the month of December. Ashok Gehlot of Laghu Udyog Bharti said that there is a lot of demand in other sectors including mining.
There are more than 10 different types of industries in Jodhpur, but even here no efforts have been made for skilled workforce. Such young entrepreneurs who have become entrepreneurs focus on skill development. Under the Rising Rajasthan campaign, MoUs worth more than Rs 16,000 crore have been signed so far in Jodhpur city and more than 300 new industries will come up. It is being claimed to provide employment to twenty thousand new people. This figure is continuously increasing and efforts are also being made to directly and indirectly connect people with employment. In such a situation, the new employment that will be generated requires a large number of skilled labourers, but at present no efforts are being made.

We work in the petrochemical industry sector and require skilled labor to operate the machinery. The youth learn these skills while working here, if an institute is formed for this, it will be of great help. Preparations to open a skill development center by Laghu Udyog Bharti are in the final stages. State President of Laghu Udyog Bharti, Mahavir Chopra said that at present, skill workforce will be prepared for three big sectors. This includes textile, handicraft and steel utensils industries. In these, a large number of skilled laborers are required.
