Neither utility shift nor permission received from Railways

If we look at the present situation of the spot, neither the work of utility shifting has been completed nor has permission been given to remove the drain from under the railway line. In such a situation, people are suffering the pain of broken roads at many places and the accumulation of dirty water in the surrounding areas. Jodhpur Development Authority had started the drain work from Kharbuja stepwell to Bhairav drain with a cost of Rs. 7.52 crores one and a half year ago, but this work is still incomplete.

Railway permission required

According to JDA XEN CP Deora, permission of Railways is necessary for the construction of this drain. The middle 250 meter patch belongs to the Railways. Railway’s permission is being sought for construction here. Due to lack of permission, the construction work of the drain here is stuck.
