Jodhpur : Jodhpur Five-six miscreants riding two to three bikes created a ruckus in streets 5 to 12 of Ashok Colony and Maderna Colony under Mata Ka Than police station and Street 5 to 12 of BJS Colony under Mahamandir police station from 1 to 3 o’clock on Saturday night. They vandalized more than one and a half dozen cars with stone pelting and sticks. The actions of the youth have been captured in the CCTV footage. Efforts are being made to catch them with the help of footage. Shivlal Meena under Mahamandir police station said that at quarter to three in the night, five youths who came on two motorcycles created a ruckus. They entered BJS Colony from Gali-5 to Gali-12 and started vandalizing the cars parked outside with stones found on the roadside. The youth started throwing stones at all the cars seen parked in these streets. The front, rear and side glasses of the cars were broken. Then everyone fled from the spot. A joint FIR has been lodged at Mahamandir police station.
Retired police officer’s car also vandalized
At 1.10 pm, three bike-riding miscreants vandalized the car parked outside the house of retired sub-inspector Bharmal Bishnoi, resident of Ashok Colony under Mata Ka Thana police station. After some time, these miscreants broke the glass of the luxury car of Rajat Gaur, a resident of Maderna Colony Government School.
