Jodhpur : Jodhpur Municipal Corporation, taking action against the commercial construction taking place without permission in the South, has taken action to seize the building under construction in the Municipal Corporation South. Commissioner South T Shubh Mangala said that Street No. 02, Main Chaupasni Road A complaint was received regarding illegal construction of shops on plot number 14 in Teacher’s Colony, on which the Municipal Corporation South issued notice to the plot owner twice, seeking permission for building construction, land use change and Instructions were given to submit documents related to land ownership, but neither documents were presented in this regard by the plot owner, nor any satisfactory answer was given.
Despite the final notice being given by the Municipal Corporation, no reply was received from the plot owner, on which the first encroachment in-charge was instructed to seize the building on the said construction day. On the instructions of Commissioner T Shubh Mangala, encroachment in-charge Pratham reached the spot on Wednesday and took action to seize the under-construction building and instructions have been given not to do any kind of construction work in future.
