Jodhpur : A gang of thieves is active in Jodhpur Police Commissionerate area which is committing theft incidents in different police station areas. Especially due to the wedding season, thieves are targeting the houses. A case also came to light in Chaupasni Housing Board police station area of Police Commissionerate. Here, thieves committed crime in the house of people who had gone to attend a program at a relative’s place. Thieves stole gold and silver jewelery from the house. Vincent Justin lodged a report in the police station regarding this. Told that he had gone to his maternal uncle’s house on the night of 6 December to attend the program. At 8 in the morning the neighbor called and informed that the lock of the house was broken. When we reached the spot, gold chains, rings, pendants, necklaces, rings etc. kept in the room of the house were found missing.
The second case was registered by Sunil Baheti in the same police station. Told that thieves stole copper cable used for electricity from the warehouse located in Shobhavat Ki Dhani, his Adarsh Nagar. Rajendra Kumar Choudhary registered a case in Boranada police station area. Told that between December 1 and 7, thieves committed theft from his house located on Rajat Residency Gangana Road near Dali Bai Temple. Thieves entered the house and stole household items and gold and silver jewellery. A case of theft also came to light in Jhawar police station area. Lunaram son of Bhinyaram Dewasi resident Rohilla Kala lodged a report regarding this. Told that thieves entered his house around 2 am on 9th December. Thieves stole gold and silver jewelery and cash from the house.
