Nagaur : In Indian culture, respect for parents is considered paramount. Every parent raises their children thinking that they will support them in their old age. But in the changing times, due to increasing greed and property, children are proving to be the children of Kaliyug. The situation is that the children who should become the support of their parents in their old age, are leaving their parents abandoned. A similar case has come to light from village Aaspura of Kuchaman City in Didwana district. Where a son declared his living mother dead and grabbed her property. In the greed of property, this Kaliyug son declared his mother dead 7 years ago and got a fake death certificate made. Whereas his mother is alive till date.
Son and daughter-in-law conspired
The victim woman has registered a case in Kuchaman police station regarding this matter. In the report, 59-year-old Bhanwar Kanwar told that her husband Madan Singh Rajput died 14 years ago. After which his land in Aspura was registered in the revenue records in the name of her along with her sons Raghuveer Singh and Balveer Singh. After this, her elder son Raghuveer Singh and his wife Manju Kanwar, in connivance with the then Jiliya Gram Panchayat administration, got his death certificate issued on 4 February 2019 on the basis of forged documents. In which the date of death was mentioned as 19 October 2017.
Son and daughter-in-law hatched a conspiracy to grab the land
Elderly Bhanwar Kanwar told that she has been living with her younger son Balveer for many years. Elder son Raghuveer was living separately from them. But to capture the land, elder son Raghuveer Singh hatched a conspiracy and prepared fake documents. Then he made a fake death certificate and usurped the entire land. After this Raghuveer Singh sold the usurped land to another person.
District Panchayat made death certificate
The death certificate of old Bhavar Kanwar was issued by the then Jiliya Panchayat. Which was made in the year 2019 with the date of death as 19 October 2017. According to the rules, the documents should have been checked by the Panchayat Department before making the death certificate. But the Gram Sevak of the then Jiliya Gram Panchayat issued the death certificate of Bhavar Kanwar without checking the documents.
Elderly woman pleaded for justice
The elderly woman filed a report against her own daughter-in-law and son in Kuchaman police station and appealed to Kuchaman police for justice. The victim told that her son got her death certificate made in greed for land. Despite the panchayat administration having all the information, they forced the elderly to wander from door to door in greed for a few rupees. Therefore, the police should investigate the entire matter and punish the culprits. In this case, Kuchaman police station officer Suresh Kumar Chaudhary says that on the woman’s report, a case has been registered for usurping the land by making a fake death certificate. The death certificate will be investigated by gathering information from the village panchayat. Action will be taken against the culprits in this case.
