Mumbai, December 10 (IANS). Indian writer Anurag Kashyap’s ex-wife actress Kalki Koechlin met the filmmaker at the wedding ceremony of Anurag’s daughter Alia.
Alia Kashyap is tying the knot with her long-time partner Shane Gregoire in Mumbai. Kalki was seen in ethnic outfit with Anurag.
Anurag was also seen enjoying a candid moment with the paparazzi standing outside the venue. When the paparazzi asked him to pose in front of the venue, he jokingly said, “Abe yaar, hosh nahi hai, chaar din se”.
According to media reports, Shane and Alia are going to get married on December 11 at Bombay Club in Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai. They have been dating for the last four years. The two got engaged in May last year, after which they hosted an engagement party for their loved ones in August 2023.
Kalki, who had worked with Anurag in ‘Dev D’ and ‘That Girl in Yellow Boots’, married the director in 2011. However, the couple separated in 2015. Kalki has said that she and Anurag have been good friends since then. They have also said that the first few years after the divorce were difficult, but they needed some time apart to learn about each other’s lives.
This was Anurag’s second marriage. Earlier, he was married to film editor Aarti Bajaj, with whom he has daughter Alia Kashyap.
At the same time, Ori, who is seen in every party of B-Town, was also seen in the wedding ceremony. Ori shared some pictures on social media from the pre-wedding cocktail of her friend and Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Alia Kashyap. In this he can be seen posing with Alia.
In the pictures, Alia is looking very beautiful in red colored lehenga. Whereas Ori can be seen in a stylish kurta.
