Karauli : Karauli The Karauli-Hindon City road, which was gasping due to the increasing pressure of vehicles, now has hope for revival. If everything goes well, the construction work of the gleaming four-line road will start on this route next year. Efforts have started to convert Karauli-Hindaun road into four line. Under this, DPR for road construction will be prepared soon. The tender process for this has been completed. RSRDC has issued a tender in the name of a consultancy to prepare the DPR for road construction work. DPR will be prepared by the concerned consultancy in the next two months. It is expected that the gift of four line road will be given in the upcoming budget in the coming year. In the last budget, the state government had announced to prepare DPR of this route, after which this exercise is going on. It is noteworthy that many years have passed since the construction of the road from Karauli district headquarters to Hindaun subdivision headquarters. In such a situation, the road has become bad at many places. There are potholes at many places. In such a situation, the vehicles move hesitantly. This causes inconvenience to the passengers and also causes breakdown of the vehicles. And it also takes more time to reach the destination.
continuously increasing pressure
present The pressure of vehicles is continuously increasing on the two-lane Karauli-Hindon City road. Apart from local traffic, people from far away places come by vehicles. Especially in the famous Kailadevi Astha Dham of North India, lakhs of devotees come by this road route to have darshan of the Mother Goddess. Devotees from states like Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana etc. reach Kaila Devi by vehicles via this route, but firstly the road is damaged at many places and secondly, due to the width of the road not being large, easy transportation is not possible. In such a situation, if this road becomes four-line, the traffic will become easier and the passengers will get convenience.
The route will be of 25 kilometers
RSRDC According to sources, construction of four line from Karauli to Hindaun will be done in 25 kilometers. DPR will be prepared from Masalpur Chungi to Hindaun Bypass in Karauli, for which a tender worth about Rs 25 lakh has been made. According to the tender conditions, dividers will also be included along with the four-line road. Culverts on the way will also be included in this. The four-line road will have two strips of 7 meters each, while there will be a divider in the middle. Apart from this, construction of tracks on both sides will also be involved.
