Karauli : Karauli: Now the data of health information of people living not only in the city but also in the villages and villages will be with the government, which will make it easier to provide accurate treatment to the patient’s disease. For this, a family folder will be made for every person aged 1-60 years, in which 21 Ayushman Arogya Mandir staff, Ayurveda nurse-compounders including 28 to 30 ANMs and Asha associates will be appointed for the survey work starting from December 1 to collect data. Till November, training will be given at Shiv Ashoka Palace from 10 am to 5 pm.
Nand Kumar Sharma, Deputy Director of Ayurveda Department, said that generally people of rural and remote areas get diagnosed with diseases like non-communicable cancer, hypertension in the fourth stage due to lack of testing. In such a situation, chronic and serious diseases can be detected in the early days. For this, data of every person in the age group of 1-60 years will be collected through ANM and Asha associates through door-to-door survey and health card will be made by screening people in the age group of 30-65 years and making the data online. Along with this, consent letter will also be taken. Three-day training will be given to the personnel regarding the information to be included in the health card. For this, an additional amount of Rs 5 thousand will be given to CHO, Rs 2 thousand each to Nurse-Compounder and ANM and an additional amount of Rs 1 thousand per ASHA will also be given monthly. He said that in the coming days, the facility of testing for dengue, malaria, urine, haemoglobin, blood sugar and pregnancy will also be made available in Ayushman Arogya temples. Besides, information related to medicines, food habits, diet and lifestyle, daily routine will be made available. Information will be given to the trainees in this regard also. It is noteworthy that out of total 40 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs in the district, 19 center staff have been trained in the last two phases.
