Alwar : Haryana’s notorious Kaushal gang has started establishing its foothold in Rajasthan. Kaushal gang, which is said to be the known enemy of Lawrence gang, has also prepared its henchmen. The operatives of the same gang had opened fire at Hotel Highway King in Neemrana of Kotputli-Behror district. On Tuesday, Neemrana police arrested two henchmen of Kaushal gang, Sachin (26) alias Dholiya and Yogesh (28) alias Monu from Jammu and Kashmir. Both these criminals have been associated with this gang for about eight years. The battle for supremacy has been going on between Kaushal Gang and Lawrence Gang for a long time. With the intention of increasing their influence, the Kaushal gang had fired at the hotel in Neemrana and had demanded a ransom of Rs 5 crore. The family has already evicted Sachin, a criminal who was caught by the police. Now he works for the Kaushal gang in the area. Police hope that during interrogation they can reveal more names of those who are working for the gang here.
Two miscreants came on bike, gave slip and opened fire
Actually, on September 8, there was firing at Hotel Highway King located on Jaipur-Delhi Highway NH 48 in Neemrana, adjacent to the Haryana border. At around 6.15 in the morning, two miscreants riding a bike had come. The miscreants threatened the cashier standing at the counter and handed him a slip written ‘Kaushal Chaudhary Group…5 crores’. Before anyone could understand anything, the miscreants opened fire. The miscreants were so fearless that they fired 32 rounds in rapid succession from the carbine gun. Everyone present there got scared after hearing the sound of bullets. After this the miscreants fled.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took information from the hotel staff. When the police searched the footage of CCTV cameras installed in the hotel, two miscreants were seen. When the police gathered information about them, it came to light that these criminals are Puneet Sharma alias Puneet Jalandhar and Narendra Kumar alias Sharma alias Lalli resident of Jalandhar, Punjab. Both of them are associated with Kaushal Gang and have committed many crimes in Haryana-Punjab. Along with the police, NIA is also searching for these miscreants. This information was shocking for the police. After this the police started searching for them. The police also focused on who helped these miscreants at the local level.
Two miscreants caught from Srinagar
Police investigation revealed that Sachin (26) alias Dholiya and Yogesh (28) alias Monu, residents of Mandhan area, helped these miscreants. When the police traced both the miscreants, their location was found in Srinagar. After this, after informing the police there, both of them were arrested from the rooms inside the house boat of Dal Lake. Interrogation of these miscreants revealed that both of them had provided resources to the miscreants in the extortion incident on Highway King. Police said that the bike and car used by the miscreants during the firing at the hotel on September 8 were stolen. Was. The car was stolen from Delhi, while the bike was stolen from Haryana.

Sachin and Yogesh associated with Kaushal gang for 8 years
Neemrana ASP Shalini Raj said that Sachin and Yogesh have been associated with Kaushal gang for about eight years. He met gang leader Kaushal Chaudhary in Jaipur. At that time Sachin used to commit small crimes. The first case of assault was registered against Sachin in Mandhan police station in 2013. After this, a case of assault by entering the house was registered in 2016. Sachin and Yogesh knew each other as they were from the same village. After this both Kaushal joined the gang. They used to help the miscreants of both the gangs by giving inputs from the local level for the crimes, providing weapons and vehicles, helping them in escaping and making fugitives. ASP told- Police is preparing to open history sheet against Sachin alias Monu alias Dholiya.
Sandeep Nangal murder accused abscond from Sachin’s hideouts
On March 14, 2022, Puneet Sharma and Narendra Sharma shot dead Kabaddi player Sandeep Nangal Ambia in Jalandhar. Police interrogation revealed that after the incident, Sachin and Yogesh had kept both of them at their places for 6 months. Punjab Police had arrested Sachin in this case. After this case, Sachin and Yogesh’s closeness with Kaushal Gang increased even more.

Sachin’s family still lives in Adind village of Kotputli-Behror. His father passed away many years ago. There is mother Babita Devi and 2 brothers in the house. Sachin is the eldest. The family tried many times to persuade Sachin to leave the world of crime, but he did not agree. After this, while giving public information, the mother evicted Sachin from her movable and immovable property and maintained distance from him. Yogesh also rarely comes to his house. He is the younger of the two brothers. Father works as a mechanic.

On May 10, 2019, at Harish Bakery located on Alwar Bypass in Bhiwadi. Two miscreants of the gang threw a slip in front of the restaurant manager. On which a threat was written to deliver Rs 30 lakh in 10 days. After this the miscreants ran away after firing. Now a ransom of Rs 5 crore has been demanded in Neemrana.
