Sawai Madhopur : The railway track between Sawai Madhopur and Kota is now armor equipped. Railways has installed Automatic Train Protection System (Automatic Train Protection System) Kavach 4.0 here. This has become the first track of the railway. The special thing is that Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav himself will trial the new Kavach 4.0 system. For this, the Railway Minister will travel in the train loco from Sawai Madhopur to Sumerganj Mandi on Tuesday. He will come to Jaipur in the morning and then go to Sawai Madhopur. According to railway officials, the railway has launched the new version 4.0 of Kavach. This is a completely state-of-the-art security system, which will prove to be a lifesaver in preventing rail accidents. It will also prove useful in the safe operation of trains. For the first time in the country, it has been installed between Sawai Madhopur and Kota in a distance of 108 km in just two months. It has also been started.
Soon the work of installing it on the Nagda-Mathura railway line will also be completed. Earlier, Kavach 3.2 has been installed here.

For this, 130 towers were set up. Optical fiber cables were laid. 78 armor buildings were constructed. 178 signaling interfaces and an SPLS network were built. Also, extensive design tests were carried out for flawless operation of armor 4.0.
This will prove useful
Speed control: If the speed of the train exceeds the set limit by 2 km per hour, Kavach will sound an over speed alarm. If the speed of the train exceeds 5 km per hour, automatic brakes will be applied. Emergency brakes will be applied when the speed is 9 km per hour.
Cab signalling: The interlocking on the Kavach system will read the next signal and display its aspect directly to the engine through radio waves. This will help the pilot to read the signal at a speed of 160 kmph. He will not have to depend on the signals on the line.
The working system of the crew will be monitored
It is being told that if the crew commits any mistake in operating the train or makes a mistake, the system will immediately alert. It will apply brakes in an emergency situation.
