Kirori Lal Meena made a big disclosure on RAS exam 2018, this time the sword of accusations hung on this chairman of RPSC

Jaipur : Rajasthan Minister Kirori Lal Meena met Secretary Shikhar Aggarwal on Monday and demanded a CBI inquiry into the RAS exam 2018. Kirori Lal also made several big claims about the rigging in the exam. Minister Dr. Meena raised serious questions on the role of Shiv Singh Rathore. Let us tell you that the then RPSC Chairman Deepak Upreti had given the important responsibility of coordinator of checking the answer sheets of the main exam of RAS 2018 to Shiv Singh Rathore.

Copy checked in 18 days

Kirori Lal Meena, while talking to NDTV, said that the then Vice Chancellor of MDS University, R.P. Singh appointed Professor Shivdayal Singh Shekhawat as the coordinator for checking the answer sheets. Let us tell you that the appointment of Shivdayal Singh Shekhawat was in a lot of controversies. The minister said that doubts were also raised on the checking of answer sheets in just 18 days. He said that the final result of RAS 2018 was declared on 13 July 2021. Its copy was to be uploaded on the website, but after Shiv Singh Rathore became the acting president on 2 December 2021, the notification to upload the copy on the website was issued on 17 December 2021. After this, answer sheets were uploaded from 10 January 2022 to 30 April 2022.

The left out questions were filled by the candidates

Minister Meena alleged that by using NA (Not Attempt) in the copy, marks were increased later in dozens of answer sheets. Raising questions on the role of Shiv Singh Rathod, Dr. Meena said that when he was unable to give marks to his favorite candidates during checking the answer sheets, he got the candidates to fill in the left out questions and made many RAS by giving them more marks. Giving example of roll numbers of many candidates, he said that NA (Not Attempt) was written on the exam copies. Their marks were shown as zero on the mark sheet, which means that the candidate did not answer some questions during the exam.

The candidates sat comfortably and wrote their copies

When the candidates failed to score good marks, Shiv Singh Rathore deliberately delayed uploading the answer sheet of RAS 2018 main exam and got the answer sheet uploaded by giving the answer sheet to the candidate and making him fill in the answers of the missed questions. After this, the candidate complained about this in writing to Shiv Singh Rathore and demanded rechecking of the missed answers in his copy, which Shiv Singh Rathore accepted and got the copy rechecked and many such people were made RAS. Regarding roll number 809244, he said that if the answer sheet is seen, it seems that the candidate cannot write in such handwriting in 3 hours. It seems as if he has been given leave by giving the answer sheet to write the answer very comfortably.

Questions raised on RPSC chairman Deepak Upreti

Minister Meena also alleges that the wife of the then RPSC Chairman Deepak Upreti was the vice principal of the school. The children of the candidate with roll number 809244 also studied in the same school. The candidate and Deepak Upreti’s wife had family relations, taking advantage of which this candidate got himself as well as other candidates related to his family to pass the RAS. It will take at least five hours to write it, which means they were made to write by providing the answer sheet. Since Shiv Singh Rathore was the examination controller in RAS 2018. The copy checking agency and the investigation coordinator were all Rathore’s personal people. In such a situation, with everyone’s connivance, manipulation took place on a large scale and marks were distributed to his favourites like sweets.

The game was also played in the interview

The then Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot sent RPSC Chairman Bhupendra Yadav on forced leave from 13-16 April 2021 and Shiv Singh Rathore became the chairman of the interview board as per his wish and hundreds of candidates were given record-breaking marks of 70 to 82 percent in the interview by taking money. Those who had low marks in the written test include relatives of many big leaders and officers of the government of that time. During the RAS 2018 interview of the candidate with roll number 820815, a person messaged Chairman Bhupendra Yadav on WhatsApp and told him that he was being given 82 marks in the interview. This candidate has got only 82 marks in the result. This proves that marks were distributed arbitrarily by taking money during the interview.
