Kirori Lal Meena reached Delhi after resigning from the post of minister, will meet JP Nadda

Jaipur : After resigning from the post of minister in the Rajasthan government, BJP leader Kirodi Lal Meena has reached Delhi on Friday morning to meet Union Minister JP Nadda. A picture of this time has also surfaced, in which Kirodi Lal Meena is seen sitting on the sofa and waiting for the arrival of the BJP national president. It is being said that in this meeting, a consensus can be reached on accepting or withdrawing Kirodi Lal Meena’s resignation.

Minister’s resignation not accepted yet

Kirori Lal Meena sent his resignation to CM Bhajanlal Sharma on 5 June 2024. After this, he met the Chief Minister, in which the CM refused to accept the resignation under any circumstances. However, Kirori Lal Meena remained adamant on the insistence of “Pran Jaai Par Bachan Na Jaai” and he sent his resignation to the CM through post for the second time. But when the CM did not accept it even then, on 4 July 2024, he made a public announcement of his resignation during a program in Jaipur. However, even after this the minister’s resignation was not accepted.

‘I will not take back my resignation under any circumstances’

Kirori Lal Meena has clearly said that he will not take back his resignation under any circumstances. He said, ‘If I do this, the public can accuse me of taking a U-turn and licking spit.’ Amidst this confusion, Kirori Lal Meena has now visited Delhi for the second time in a week. Even before announcing his resignation, he had visited Delhi for two days. During this time, he had met many leaders including Rajasthan’s election in-charge Vinay Sahastrabuddhe.
