Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit is going to be organized by the government in Rajasthan in December 2024. At the same time, CM Bhajanlal Sharma himself is doing the work of inviting foreign investors in Rajasthan. Under this, CM Bhajanlal himself is visiting Korea and Japan and inviting investors. CM Bhajanlal Sharma, after visiting Korea on 9 September, participated in the investor meet held in Tokyo, Japan on 11 September. During this, CM Bhajanlal Sharma said, I am confident that a new chapter of our historic partnership will be written through this international investor meet with Japanese entrepreneurs. He said, Japan has been a pioneer in investing in India and I am happy that today I am standing in the city of Tokyo, which has its own identity worldwide for technological innovation, corporate leadership, electronics and automobile industry. Tokyo is a symbol of innovation and progress, these are the features that we are also encouraging in Rajasthan.

1. CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that our government is committed to solving the issues of investors and making the business environment positive. We especially want to strengthen business relations with you Japanese investors, so that deep relations can be formed between Rajasthan and Japan.

2. Japan is famous for its “Omotenashi”, which symbolizes the beautiful spirit of hospitality. This sense of mutual respect and hospitality creates a welcoming environment for our partnerships and investments.

3. Our commitment to provide a suitable business environment for our Japanese investors is evident from the success of the Neemran Japanese Investment Zone, where now over 48 Japanese companies have invested approximately US$ 8.34 billion and employ over 26,500 people.

4. Our Japanese investors know that Rajasthan is the most suitable place for investment and the success of the Japanese Zone has increased this confidence.

5. The state has taken significant steps towards increasing water availability in Rajasthan through the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP), which will help meet the water needs of Neemrana and other industrial areas.

6. Seeing the interest of Japanese companies, a second Japanese investment region spread over 500 acres has been developed just 20 km away from Neemrana. Now we can become an ideal place for global expansion for Japanese companies with two investment regions. The Rajasthan government plans to launch new industrial policy, export promotion policy, garment and apparel policy, warehousing and logistics policy, data center policy and MSME policy soon to further simplify the business environment.

7. Under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS), the state government has provided incentives and subsidies to enterprises, which is one of the best incentive schemes in the country. Rajasthan is dedicated to promoting renewable energy projects as well as green development. Our state is one of the leading states in renewable energy and ranks first in solar energy. We are setting up solar parks for solar energy projects, which will provide a better environment to investors here.

8. Rajasthan has immense potential in the automobile industry, engineering, textiles and electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM). The state has three electronics manufacturing clusters and the sector is an ideal place for investment for the global market.

9. We are committed to bringing our education system to international standards and invite Japanese investors to join in.

10. To make the investment process easy and efficient, we have taken initiatives like the Rajinvest portal. This platform integrates 123 services from 14 departments and ensures timely approvals.
