Sikar : The government has now intensified the exercise regarding the DPR of Khatushyamji Corridor. Meanwhile, Bhajanlal government has taken another big decision regarding Khatushyamji Corridor. Khatu Shyam Mandir Corridor will be developed as a model. The maximum focus in the DPR will be on the facility areas. Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari held a meeting of officials on Wednesday. In this, the proposed DPR of Khatushyamji Corridor was discussed. He said that places will have to be identified for public facilities in the temple and its surrounding areas. In this, DPR will be prepared keeping in mind various aspects including road, transportation, accommodation of passengers, ease of darshan, crowd control.
Khatu Shyam Mandir Corridor will be developed as a model
He said that Khatu Shyam Mandir Corridor can be developed as a model. In the joint meeting of the officials of Finance, Public Works and Tourism Department, the current challenges were also discussed. Additional Chief Secretary of Finance Department Akhil Arora, Principal Secretary of Public Works Department Praveen Gupta, Principal Secretary of Tourism Department Gayatri Rathore and many other officials were present in the meeting.
Khatu Dham will be improved at a cost of 100 crores
Let us tell you that in its first full budget, Bhajan Lal government had announced a provision of Rs 100 crore to build a corridor in Khatushyamji and to give grandeur to the temple, so that it can be developed on the lines of Ayodhya and Kashi. Some time ago, Bhajan Lal government had also prepared a master plan for the Khatu Shyam corridor which is going to be built at a cost of Rs 100 crore.
