Chittorgarh : Rajasthan’s Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar was on a tour of Chittorgarh district on Friday. When he was reviewing the cleanliness of the toilets built in the Panchayat Bhawan of Rawatbhata, the bees coming out of the hive stung him on his neck and right hand. After this, the toilet staff present outside the Panchayat building removed the bee sting from the minister’s body, after which he was taken to the Panchayat Samiti head office. After this, Block Chief Medical Officer Anil Jatav was called to the office, who gave an injection to the minister.
‘Tell me the name of the sarpanch who says I have no money’
Later, Minister Dilawar questioned Principal Aarti Baresha, Engineer Mahavir Meena and Additional Development Officer Satendra Sisodia regarding the cleanliness system. The minister clarified that cleanliness has to be kept on priority, because the central government is giving a lot of money for the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. If a sarpanch says that we do not have money to clean toilets, then I want to know the name of that sarpanch. I will immediately suspend him, because every panchayat gets Rs 12 lakh annually. Be it a municipality or a panchayat area, wherever there is a problem in the cleanliness system, immediate action will be taken.
‘Bhajanlal government will repair all government schools’
After this, Minister Dilawar left on a tour of Sripura village. He said, ‘It is our misfortune that Congress did nothing. Because of this we are facing criticism. He only did corruption. He committed a scam worth crores of rupees by leaking school examination papers. But our government will get all the schools repaired. There is also a proposal to construct new buildings in a phased manner. An amount of Rs 100 crore has been allocated in the budget for the repair of schools.
