Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is soon going to launch four new housing schemes of 2500 plots each. In this regard, a meeting was organized in JDA on Sunday, in which Commissioner Anandi gave necessary directions to the Zone Deputy Commissioners. These schemes were implemented in Govindpura Ropara in Zone-10, Chirota in Zone-11, Nahari Bas in Zone-12. And will come to Jayrampura. In the meeting, the Commissioner informed that apart from this, work will also be done on making plans for Agro Warehouse, Vapor House, Farm House and commercial plots in the outer zones of the city.
Improvement in online application through Citizen Service Center
The draft SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for disposal of online applications for lease related services through Citizen Service Center from Wednesday was discussed. This SOP will be implemented from October 16.
Other important instructions
Zone Deputy Commissioner should identify the government land and remove encroachments.
Work in a timely manner so that people get convenience.
Collect information of persons applying for regularization camp without procrastination.
A list of successful applicants who did not deposit the amount in exchange for the plot should be made.
Give notice to big defaulters for recovery of lease amount.
