Korea Housing Builders Association wants to invest in Greater Noida, meeting held

Greater Noida, November 20 (IANS). A 30-member delegation from South Korea visited the Greater Noida Authority on Tuesday. CEO of Greater Noida Authority and Managing Director of IITGNL NG Ravi Kumar and ACEO Prerna Singh held a meeting with this delegation of Korea Housing Builders Association. Both the officers apprised the delegation about the infrastructure of Greater Noida and Integrated Industrial Township.

The delegation said that the housing sector in India is growing rapidly, whereas in South Korea, the demand for housing sector is also decreasing due to decreasing population ratio. Therefore, South Korean realtors are looking to partner with realtors in India. CEO NG Ravi Kumar has talked about holding a meeting with representatives of Korea Housing Builders Association and CREDAI. Jung Won Ju, President of Korea Housing Builders Association, said that they not only want to become partners in real estate in India but also want to take the cultural heritage of both the countries to new heights by giving them new dimensions.

After this meeting, the CEO of Greater Noida Authority has asked them to hold a meeting with CREDAI soon. After that it is expected that a big investment can be made from South Korea in Greater Noida.

It is noteworthy that many big companies and many foreign countries are also willing to invest in Greater Noida and Jewar at this time. For which Greater Noida Authority and Yamuna Authority had come out with many schemes even before this. In view of the Noida International Airport being built in Jewar, companies are turning towards this direction.
