Kota 50 crore software did not work even for a day, work stopped

Kota : Kota To promote e-governance, online work is being promoted in all government departments, but online work has become a cause of trouble in the Excise Department. The Excise Department had started online work last month with a new software at a cost of more than Rs 50 crore, but due to technical glitches this software has not been able to run properly even for a day. Even after spending huge budget on software, manual work has to be done in the department. Instead of taking action against the company that installed the software, the responsible officials are showing kindness. Sources said that Idea Infinity IT Company has developed the software, but implemented it in entire Rajasthan without trial. Due to which many flaws have come to light. Now even doing daily work is becoming difficult due to the new software which started from October 2.
