Kota: It is mandatory to check vehicles at the automated testing station after 4 months.

Kota : Kota According to the guidelines of the Union Transport Ministry, after March 31, 2025, the fitness test of vehicles will be done only at Automated Testing Stations (ATS). But not a single ATS is operational in Kota yet. However, an automated fitness testing station has definitely applied. Only two ATS are operating in the state, in Jaipur and Kishangarh of Ajmer. The vehicle is tested completely by machines at the Automated Testing Station.

In which the possibility of any kind of deficiency is negligible. ATS makes an accurate assessment of the vehicle and based on that decides the duration of the fitness certificate, which is generated automatically. If the test is done through an automated system, a fake fitness certificate cannot be issued. Currently, at the existing fitness stations, all tests except gas emissions and speed brake tests are done manually, in which there is a possibility of error. Process – 2
