Some people from one party beat him with Ward Punch and broke his head with a stone. Police personnel were also present at the spot at the time of the incident. Policemen intervened and rescued him. Actually, the boundary wall of the children’s sports complex is being constructed in the Government Higher Primary School. A house owner near the school had encroached on the boundary of the school premises. He wanted to get the boundary wall of the campus cleared from encroachment, while the rural and local ward panch wanted to get the boundary wall done within the limits of the school campus itself. There was a dispute regarding this matter.
On the information of the dispute, on the instructions of Ladpura Subdivision Officer Gajendra Singh, Naib Tehsildar Rekhraj Swami, Light Patwari Pawan Kumar, Land Records Inspector, Police Station Officer Ajay Kumar Sharma, Police Japta, Village Development Officer Jodhraj Gurjar and other officials associated with the construction work of Panchayat Samiti and school staff reached the spot. But arrived. The officials explained the dispute and got a consent form written.
Consent forms were being signed in the school. Meanwhile, an altercation was going on between Dinesh Meena (RAC jawan), son of Ramratan, the owner of the house, and Sitaram.
