Make internship in Churu Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana effective: Collector

Churu : For the successful implementation of internship under Churu Yuva Sambal Yojana-2021, the meeting of the district level committee was organized on Monday under the chairmanship of District Collector Abhishek Surana. During this, the District Collector gave instructions to train the candidates benefited under the scheme and get them to do office related work and for effective implementation of internship. The District Collector said that under the Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana, SMS received on the mobile phones of the candidates for the office allotted for internship and Joining for internship should be done only after ensuring that the allotted department/office is visible on the SSO ID so that the candidates waiting for departmental orders are not allowed to join. Do not face unnecessary trouble in district/block level offices.

He directed the candidates to submit a certificate in the office to the effect that at present the candidate is not studying anywhere regularly nor is working anywhere in the private or government sector. Aspirants who are studying regularly or living outside the district and doing coaching elsewhere should not be allowed to join. The decision to make the candidates work under the scheme for 4 hours per day or 20 hours per week can be taken by the head of the office at his own level.

He said that the candidate can provide assistance in teaching work, register maintenance, office related work, computer work, file related work, survey and other work. The head of the office should ensure to give the attendance certificate of every month to the candidate by 5th of the next month and must clearly mark the signature, seal, name of the officer and mobile number so that the attendance can be verified if necessary. On behalf of the Head of Office, all the candidates doing internship in the office should be given attendance together in a single attendance sheet, a prescribed form of which was also distributed to all the committee members and a photocopy was also directed to be sent by mail.
