Jhalawar : The addiction of making reels proved costly for two brothers living in Akatasa in Jhalawar district, when they made a reel of train overturning by placing stones on the railway track and posted it on social media account. Railway Protection Force has arrested both the brothers under Operation Satark. Both of them had uploaded a video of train overturning by placing pebbles on the railway track to increase their followers on social media.
Police caught both the brothers
After the video went viral, action was taken against Ankit Kumar, a resident of Akatasa and his brother Ravi Kumar under the direction of the Divisional Security Commissioner Kota. The police have arrested both the brothers. After placing stones on the track, they posted the video of the train derailing and wrote “Childhood dream fulfilled.” Jhalawar Railway Deputy Inspector Tulsiram Meena said that a video is going viral on social media regarding endangering public safety by tampering with the railway tracks.

He told that Ankit Kumar Carpenter, a resident of Akatasa in Jhalawar district, who made the video, and his brother Ravi Kumar have been arrested from Akatasa village after a raid. Accused Ankit Kumar first downloaded a video of the train being overturned from his ID, later he made a video with his brother Ravi Kumar by placing pebbles on the railway line near Junakheda station.

Both the brothers edited the downloaded video and prepared a new reel and posted it on their social media account. In the post, they also wrote about the fulfillment of their childhood dream. Sensing the dangerous intentions of both the brothers from the caption written on the video, the railway police took immediate action and registered a case under the Railway Act and arrested them. The matter is being investigated.
