Bhilwara : District Collector Namit Mehta took a review meeting in the Collectorate Auditorium regarding the preparations for various programs to be organized from 12 to 15 December on the occasion of completion of one year of the State Government and gave necessary instructions. On this occasion, the District Collector gave information about the proposed programs and instructed all the departments to take active participation in the programs. He said that all departments should make preparations at their own level and ensure better conduct of departmental activities. District Collector informed that a marathon race will be organized at the district headquarters on December 12 under Run for Developing Rajasthan.
On the same day, employment festival and youth conference will be organized and Panch Gaurav program will be inaugurated. Besides, district level exhibition will be inaugurated and District Development Booklet and special issue of Sujas will be released. The District Collector instructed all the district level officers to actively participate in the District Development Booklet and Exhibition and other programs. The District Collector directed the ADPR to organize the development booklet and exhibition in coordination with all the officers and for the successful organization of the Panch Gaurav program, the Deputy Forest Conservator, Assistant Director of Horticulture, District Sports Officer, General Manager District Industries Center and Mandalgarh SDM along with the Chief Gave instructions to the District Education Officer.
